@Pizzahut I had problems first as well. Try to change the setting to trigger the effect:
EnemiesOnly = false
NoEnemiesNearby = false
Now it works for me.

I tested the ''Crazy Very Very HUGE NUCLEAR'' effect.
The huge explosion causes some texture bugs. It's acceptable though and fun to use.
