Simply put it in your scripts folder. Then go to your ScriptHookVDotNet.ini file.
CHANGE these:
ReloadKey=None
ConsoleKey=F4

to these:
ReloadKey=Insert
ConsoleKey=F4

Load the game and simply press insert to load all the scripts.
